HOT IRON® is a licensing program whose license is extended through further training.
A points system provides flexibility to maintain the license. A total of 48 points must be collected within 8 quarters (i.e. two years).
IMPORTANT: 12 points must be collected within the first 4 quarters. Otherwise the license expires after just 4 quarters. Additional points after 2 years cannot be carried over into the new license period and expire.

We do offer two training areas: online training and live training.


At this time we start with 2 online training courses and then gradually expand your offerings.
Online training courses are focused on specialist topics. They are about expanding and deepening your instructor knowledge - as always in combination with and for your HOT IRON® courses!

The online training courses are structured independently of time as e-learning. We developed the first two training topics based on demand of the HOT IRON® community. Look forward to “Special Target Groups – Dealing with Kids & Young People, Pregnant Women and Best Agers”!

The second online training concerns the topic of the lower body: “Health limitations – focus on the ankle joint, knee joint and the hip”.

Since we are still convinced that live education in the fitness sector is extremely important, we do offer a live education under the name of "HOT IRON® enterTRAINment".
This completely focuses on the topic of performance and coaching! This education will last 4 hours and will bring you foreward to becoming the best version of yourself.
