Workshop duration
E-learning plus live-education: 8 hours / 10 lessons
Target group workshop
Trainer education (C license) in the field of fitness or aerobic (or
equivalent knowledge), basic knowledge in anatomy and sports science is
helpful. Working with music is mandatory.
For optimal preparation we recommend our preparation workshop Start Up "Basics of Groupfitness"

BOOSTAR® is a pre-choreographed group fitness program and can only be offered and taught by instructors who are a member of the BOOSTAR® EXPERTS WORLD (former HERO Club).
The membership with the quarterly available music and choreography can be obtained after the successful attendance in the live-education in the "IFHIAS EXPERTS WORLD". You will find more information in the FAQ section!
BOOSTAR® Speakers
The speakers and master trainers at the IFHIAS Institute are absolute experts in their field. In addition to the annual training and further education within the IFHIAS Institute in didactics, methodology and coaching, they are constantly expanding their know-how with industry-specific specialist knowledge. At the same time, they are the personal contact for the training courses and are available to answer questions about the content.
