Information about music downloads (WOW Music)

Tips to ensure your music download goes smoothly:

· Important: ONLY 1 download is possible per user! You can choose between a secure download to your PC, from where you can sync the music to your smartphone/tablet at any time, and a direct download to your smartphone/tablet (please read the next paragraph!)


· Why is downloading to a PC more secure?


If you replace your cell phone (due to defect, new purchase, etc.) or reinstall the WOW! app for various reasons, your downloads are only saved for the last 2 years - all older downloads can NOT be restored! Downloads from the last 2 years (i.e., 8 quarters) can also ONLY be restored if a customer account was created BEFORE downloading the release, within which the download took place. Downloads WITHOUT a customer account are lost and cannot be restored!

So if you would like to back up ALL purchased releases, please use the download on your PC – there are now very simple apps for iPhone that allow you to sync your music without having to use iTunes.

· If you only use the music on your smartphone/tablet and want to download it directly there, first open the WOW! app on your smartphone and then click on the download link 


· If, for any reason, you do need another music download, we will provide it for a processing fee of 30€
