Information about music downloads (WOW! Music)

Tips to ensure your music download goes smoothly:

Important: You can only download each release of the corresponding Experts United program once!

You can choose between downloading the music securely from our partner WOW Musik! to your PC, from where you can then sync it to your smartphone/tablet at any time, or downloading it directly to your smartphone/tablet.

We recommend downloading it to your PC!

If you replace your cell phone (due to defect, new purchase, loss, etc.) or reinstall the WOW! Player app on your existing cell phone, your downloads are only backed up retroactively for 2 years—any older downloads CANNOT be restored if lost! Downloads can only be restored from the time of registration (customer account WOW! App) for a processing fee of €30 per release. Downloads made without a WOW! Music customer account and all downloads made before registration cannot be restored if lost!

If you want to be able to use all purchased releases at any time and want to be on the safe side in case of loss or replacement of your mobile phone, then use the download on your laptop – there are now also very simple apps for iPhones to synchronize music with your PC without having to use iTunes.

If, for any reason, you do need another music download, we will provide it for a processing fee of €30 per release.
