License conditions HOT IRON® (from 2018)

By passing the “HOT IRON® Instructor” exam, the instructor receives the right to use the legally protected name HOT IRON® use.

The name is tied to the qualifications proven by passing the exam and can be used by this instructor in any studio.

An unlawful use of this name will be prosecuted and can result in a fine of up to € 5,000.

There are no paid studio licenses.

The “ HOT IRON® Instructor” license, and thus the right to use the name, is confirmed by collecting license points within the HOT IRON® system.

The license is valid for eight quarters.

The prerequisite for this, however, is:

· Collecting at least 12 points within the first four quarters
· A total of at least 48 points must be obtained within the eight quarters


If you fail to fulfill your obligation to collect the appropriate license points, the right to use the name expires.

If the license has expired, in order to regain the right to use the name, a HOT IRON® Instructor training must be successfully completed or a re-entry must be agreed with the license holder.
