New YONGA® release is online!

The new release is online! From September we enter the fall.

What is it that makes fall so special?

The fields have been harvested, the leaves are turning golden and the air is getting cooler. Late bloomers give nature one last burst of color before we say goodbye to summer.

The element metal is associated with this time of year. Metal stands for the essence of the earth and for everything that is preserved within it. Retreat and letting go define this time of year. We focus more inwards and connect with our life force.

Based on the lung and large intestine meridians, which run along the inside and outside of the arms, you can expect many flowing and stretching movements. 


Wonderful movements, harmonious music and lots of positive energy are once again conveyed by our two master trainers Yasemin & Chris.
