This update is specifically for trainers, who lack the knowledge of the HOT IRON® CROSS program.
In addition to imparting further knowledge on barbell training and deepening the teaching of HOT IRON® 1 and HOT IRON® 2, the focus is also on the topic of hypertrophy training and its implementation in the HOT IRON® CROSS program.

E-learning plus live-training: 2 days / 20 lessons
Target group workshop
This update is for trainers who completed their HOT IRON® Instructor
training before 2018 and have not yet successfully completed any HOT
IRON® CROSS training, but still have a valid HOT IRON® Instructor license
or
Trainers who attended the HOT IRON® Instructor education, but were
unable to successfully complete the practical examination
or
Trainers who have agreed with us to return to us after their HOT IRON® Instructor license has expired.

- Consolidation and expansion of knowledge in the area of barbell training
- Getting to know and implementing hypertrophy training in group fitness courses
- Safety in teaching HOT IRON® 1, HOT IRON® 2 and HOT IRON® CROSS

The e-learning content is available upon booking confirmation and receipt of payment and must be completed in time before the live-education.
