Workshop duration
E-Learning plus live training: 4 days / 40 lessons (divided into 2 weekends)
Target group workshop
Trainer education (C-license) in the field of fitness or aerobics (or equivalent knowledge), basic knowledge of anatomy and sports science is helpful. Working with music is mandatory.
For optimal preparation we recommend our education Basics of Group Fitness "Start Up - Ready To Teach"

Information
This education requires you to independently develop content in form of e-learning.
The e-learning content is available upon booking confirmation and receipt of payment and must be completed in time before the live-education. The deadlines stated in the booking confirmation must be observed.
The price of this education includes the current training plans for HOT IRON® 1, HOT IRON® 2 and HOT IRON® CROSS . The music for HOT IRON® and HOT IRON® CROSS is not included. However, the music can be purchased as a download from the HOT IRON® Shop.

Unless stated otherwise, the course language is German.
License info
On the weekend of module 2, all teaching samples are counted as "practical examination". The theoretical examination takes place one week after successful participation in module 2, in form of an online examination. The use of the trademarked name HOT IRON® is only permitted once theory and practise have been passed.
Th membership with the quarterly available music and choreography can be obtained after the successful examination in the "IFHIAS EXPERTS WORLD". You will find more information in the FAQ section!
HOT IRON® Speakers
The speakers and master trainers at the IFHIAS Institute are absolute experts in their field. In addition to the annual training and further education within the IFHIAS Institute in didactics, methodology and coaching, they are constantly expanding their know-how with industry-specific specialist knowledge.
